Elevated Studios Consignment Terms

1. Strict Authentication Process

All items will undergo a strict authentication process upon arrival. Only items that fully pass our authentication standards will be accepted for consignment. Items that fail authentication will be returned.


2. Minimum Consignment Period

Items must be consigned with us for a minimum of 3 months.


3. Early Retrieval Fee

Retrieving an item before the 3-month period will incur a RM50 fee.


4. Pricing

Elevated Studios will set the final selling price with our own markup applied. Pricing is determined based on current market value and brand demand.


5. Payouts

Payouts will be processed within 7–14 working days after the item is sold and the return/exchange window has closed.


6. Item Condition

Items must be clean, in good condition, and ready for resale. We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our quality standards.


7. Ownership

While consigned, items remain the property of the consignor until they are sold.


8. Unsold Items

If an item remains unsold after the consignment period, consignors may extend the listing, retrieve the item, or opt for a price adjustment.
