Please note that Elevated Studios does not offer any cash or payment method refunds. All sales are final. We do not process refunds under any circumstances.
This policy also applies to reservations and deposits. All reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable, as a reserved item is considered sold. Once a deposit is made, the item is taken down from all platforms, marked as sold, and is no longer available for purchase by other customers.
However, in the rare case that a mistake was made on our end (e.g., the wrong item was sent), we may offer store credit or an exchange—subject to approval and inspection. Approval is at our sole discretion. Elevated Studios reserves the right to reject any requests for refunds or exchanges, especially in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of store policies. Return Policy
All sales at Elevated Studios are final and non-refundable once the item has been received in satisfactory condition. As we specialize in pre-loved designer pieces, we do not accept returns for any reason. However, if we have sent the wrong item (e.g., incorrect model or listing error), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Returns must be shipped back in the exact condition received. Return address will be provided upon approval.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted in cases where the wrong item was sent. All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order and are subject to approval.
